Boost: a Founder Fellowship at Company Ventures supports historically underserved tech founders. The 4-month program helps founders grow their network of investors and advisors to build their venture-scalable businesses and prepare them for fundraising.

Details and Criteria

You are a NYC-based tech founder who identifies as a person of color, Latine, woman or non-binary and/or LGBTQ+

YOU ARE A FIRST-TIME FOUNDER LEADING A VENTURE-SCALABLE TECH STARTUP RAISING A PRE-SEED OR SEED ROUND AND WANT TO PLUG INTO A COMMUNITY OF INTERESTED INVESTORS, FOUNDERS AND CORPORATE SERVICES

Venture scalable means that you seek to build a highly profitable technology company with ambitions to scale quickly, and you're willing to give up shares of ownership in exchange for the money to grow

For this program, you must have an early product in the market and you seek financing of approximately $500K-$2M to build traction and scale

You have some established traction, either through an early raise or revenue

You are willing to commit 10 hours/month for the length of the 4-month program in hybrid programming and intensive mentorship

Mentorship from experienced investors and founders

Receive assistance from founders and investors in the form of small group coaching and individual mentorship, as well as workshops, templates and tools to help you meet your specific goals. This program is co-designed and facilitated by Head of Impact Lindsay Siegel and Venture Advisor Onyeka Obiocha, committed champions for underrepresented founders, and aims to center the experience of those historically marginalized in tech.
